The Neumann problem on a torus

Harmonic functions defined in a torus in three-space may be represented in a series of special functions known as toroidal harmonics. Using this representation we describe how to solve the Neumann problem, which is to find a harmonic function with a prescribed normal derivative on the boundary of the torus.
